Asked for paperwork out of my medical chart, and it had been lost, discarded, or never put in there. Was told to reach out to my provider. So if you need something from your chart, I suggest you ask for copies at time of visit!!
Great staff
I called on Monday, Nov.15, 2021 to get an appointment for my Mom who is 92. She had the Covid vaccine and booster. Over the weekend she was nasal and had congestion problems. They told me she’d have to take a Covid test. Then they sent me to Triage via phone to discuss her symptoms and the lady told me the doctor office would call me within 24 hours to make a appointment for her. Fast forward to Thursday, Nov. 18th. This office cannot even draw labs. Nor do they schedule you an appointment to have your labs drawn this is a waste of time money resources and energy. A doctors office that has no diagnostic equipment aside from a blood pressure cuff and no lab capability is extremely useless you are basically coming here just to have the doctor physically look at you if anything needs to be done they will send you somewhere else.
Missed one appointment and now they won’t see me at all. They don’t seem to care about the health of their patients. Quick fix doctors.
