Terrible customer service. Their communication is a lie. Don't believe anything they tell you on the phone! I called before coming in and they said they would take patients up to 15 minutes before close. In the 20 minutes it took to get there, they decided to close early due to "capacity," which they said nothing about over the phone. They were unapologetic about their lack of communication and just tried to excuse away their incompetentcy and rabbits trails they sent me on before I came. My son went in for a migraine got told to go to the e.r that they don't have actual doctors and they only do physical's. They are rude and it's a waste of time going here
The desk staff turned away my wife when she asked for physical check after being rear ended. She was directed to the ER. After 6 hours waiting, the ER doctor clears her after a physical check that he confirmed should have been within the scope of the fast care offices. Not sure how the women at the desk came to the medical conclusion that my wife needed advanced imaging by simply looking at her. "We only handle colds or rashes" Their words not mine
