So far so good. You get out of your body what you put into it. Doctors and hospitals aren't there to direct your life and should be used to 'fix you' when you refuse to live a properly healthy life. I haven't had one problem here, not one negative experience. I'm not a problem when I come here. I don't blame them for any issues I may bring on myself. They are accurate, on time, and communicative.
Dr McKeeby is the best. She listens and is always on your side and helps you achieve your health goals. Bronson family medicine as a whole I like too bc the patient portal is such a convenient way to communicate with your doc or the staff. Mychart is great and contains lots of personalized information regarding your health. I’ve always found the reception and staff to be very helpful and kind
Dr. Hrpka I meet with one time. From that appointment alone I knew he didn't want to care for me. Rude front desk, rude patient care when with my PCP. RUDE. My sons doctor is also under this umbrella and that doctor was rude to me also. I'm the parent. You can imagine how the child gets treated.
I trust Bronson family Medicine implicitly to manage my health care. Everyone is friendly, caring, helpful and professional
