Billing department is a fraud!
Front office staff is completely incompetent. They don't understand HIPAA rules, they go against what their own doctors have instructed in making appointments and have to be superseded by the clinical staff. We used to see Justice and he is as incompetent as the front desk staff. He likes to see patients that he can manipulate, and does not listen to anyone whom may be seeing a specialty provider for some of their issues. Contrary to his reviews, he is very subpar.
Waited months for an appointment they didn't even have in their system.
Unprofessional and disrespectful. They cancelled my appt with no warning a month after it was made, and tried to force me to wait an additional month for a new appt. When patients have serious health concerns they need to be seen by a healthcare provider, not blown off!
