The North lab is never as busy as the main campus. Courteous and quick.
This negative review is for the Endoscopy department. Unfortunately, their specific page has reviews disabled. After my visit today, I know why. I took my mom in for a procedure this morning. She was immediately treated rudely by the receptionist. When my mom threatened to leave, the receptionist became more cordial. In my opinion she should have left. Even though we showed up early, they began the procedure 40 minutes late. The problem is that I'm the only one who can bring her to Kalamazoo , and I had to go to work just do... read more
