Worst hospital I’ve ever been too, sat there for 3 hours for a head injury and was never seen. Thanks ! :)

My son and wife arrived at the ER at noon and it took an hour and half to be seen for the ruptured appendix as they were to concerned with his BP being OK rather then the chief complaint of his side hurting. Once in the ER my son had emergency surgery for an appendicitis rupture, He saw the ER Doctor Lendzion around 1344hrs went for a CT at 1458hrs and was diagnosis at 1543hrs. VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! DUE TO MY FATHER BEING IN THE ICU UNIT IN KALAMAZOO. I LIVE IN INDIANA AND HAVE NO FAMILY TO TURN TO AND WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY BE AT MY FATHER BED SIDE IF HE WAS DYING! THE MOST INCONSIDERATE UNPROFESSIONAL MALE NURSE DONT DESERVE HIS JOB!! RecommendedI have never been to a hospital with such friendly and helping staff before. Truly the nurses, doctors and other staff made me feel welcomed and safe. They were willing to chat with me and explain any questions I had in English not medical-ese. Truly amazing and wonderful.

there's a lot that can be improved their the receptionist and Diagnostic lab I never was treated so rudely in my life when I went in there to have blood work done
