I enjoyed my stay at the Bromley House. The apartments were clean with new cabinets and fixtures. The carpet and paint job was fresh. The neighborhood was quiet with no drama. The rental office and property manager Felicia Howell was always friendly and professional. The rest of the staff was nice as well. I never saw a rodent or a bug while living there. Beware! Its could be a nice place, but the units have dated bathrooms and kitchens, most importantly you'll need to get a hidden camera before you move in, because whoever has access to your keys, (maintenance or staff) will let themselves in whenever they want. Things turn up missing and you have no proof, unless you get a camera. Twice they walked in without calling and because I was in the shower, I didn't here them knocking.
