Just moved into my apartment. Was quick and easy applying and manager is very nice!! Got half off my first month rent 😁 Only minor problem we had was when moving in the A/C unit was not blowing cold air. Let the manager know and she quickly got someone out here and they had it repaired asap. Now it works perfectly 😁
Update number 2 .... When my daughter moved out of the Bromley, I drove down there to help her move. And I immediately noticed something strange, a pipe coming out of the bathroom celing over the tub. After inspecting it, I realized what was happening. Whoever installed the new AC had the AC drain running over the tub. That just isn't sanitary or healthy. ...... Phone number listed doesn’t work. Website listed on google doesn’t exist. Landlord/ office workers are never there. Just about impossible to talk to anyone here. Major damage in apartment that maintenance didn’t fix.
