We have used this products for several Chicago project via their distributor Rasmussen. They shipped us a damaged heater which they refused to replace. Terrible customer service from their distributor to Bromic customer service. Stay away from these product / company
Superb customer service! Ordered two Tungsten electric patio heaters from BBQ Guys, an online authorized dealer. Foolishly, I did not immediately check the delivery, and only after weeks did we open them up and found one of the two fragile glass heater elements had shattered in transit. Purchased 2 Bromic Tungsten 6000 infrared heaters in November 2019. Starting in February/March 2020 we have had nothing but problems with both units. We have well documented evidence of same since that time indicating both heaters were shorting out and connections were failing inside the unit. We have paid our licensed electrician to visit our home on multiple occasions to attempt to remedy.
