We had big problems with the Air Pass organized by BROL from the very first flight, so we will probably have to miss three of the five flights we bought and paid for and instead buy flights from Fortaleza to Rio again on our own. No refund by BROL. The problem was that one of the airlines went out of business with flights to Fernando de Noronha. Which should have been communicated to us via BROL. I had excellent service from Vanessa of Brol.com. She was prompt and, despite the complexities of my travel arrangements, was always able to provide me the cheapest possible arrangement. I lead students to Brazil and I recommend that all of them go through Vanessa. Having said that, I find that access to travel information and record of payment is made very inconvenient by the BRO.com. You can't see your own travel information without logging in!

I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. They re-issued my ticket and put me on an earlier flight, but did not notify me. It is the travel agency's responsibility to contact the customer after re-issuing the ticket. This is a sketchy business! I would not give them my business again. In addition, the staff is rude and unprofessional.
