My brother is disabled and has a Nevada housing voucher, he has a signed legal lease agreement via Elizabeth and she is now saying she can’t reach the owner and told him to find a new place to live . The issue is his voucher is about to expire and this was his last hope . The lease agreement is signed by her on behalf of the owner so saying she can’t reach him is a cop out . Horrid people and a horrid company ! Legal aid is already on this matter and they should be shamed of themselves .
Anytime we had an issue they were quick to respond and fix the problem(s). Be respectful to your landlord and they'll be respectful to you. We rented through brokers realty for over 4 years and had great experience.
Horrible. All the 1 star reviews are correct. Unprofessional, and a bully. We left the place spotless, and he kept our deposit. The worst experience ever. Lesson learned.
Everyone has their own standard of CLEAN. Talk about when you moved IN.
