When I first contacted BrokerLink a few years ago, I received excellent, attentive, quick service. In the past two years, however, things have gone downhill. E-mails to my broker went unanswered - it turns out he wasn't with the company anymore. I only found that out after I e-mailed the general address ON THE WEBSITE, and received no response and had to call in and was told that e-mail address was the old e-mail address?? Extremely disappointed with this insurance broker. Their service is frustratingly inefficient and unprofessional. Every interaction feels like you're dealing with someone who's never used a computer or read an insurance policy. Communication is a major issue. They promise to get back to you with information, but rarely follow through. You're left constantly chasing them for updates, which is time-consuming and stressful. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! No one ever just picks up the phone! You're left on hold so long that you just give up and hang up! I've tried emailing and no one gets back to you! Ever since BrokerLink has taken over from my old insurance agent it's been terrible service!
