after finding no help at the apple store, I asked if they could access my ipad. Yes ,and they explained that they could also replace a battery. they kept it overnight and had it accessed (it was more than the battery and was too old to repair economically). They have been wonderful for our phones and were very helpful here. Skip the apple store.
Came here to get my phone fixed and the service was great and fast cesar was very knowledgeable and nice I definitely recommend this place
My daughter paid $140 to have her screen replaced and it cracked within 24 hours. She returned to the store and they were no help at all.
My husband visited the store today and told me Oscar was fabulous! So helpful! He was able to trouble shoot and solve my problem with ease.
