Zero communication. Would recommend you call anyone else. Gave one star because unable to leave " no stars"
Horrible communication. I called them to get a quote to take care of a tree that had a disease. They gave me quote at beginning of spring saying it needed treated in the fall. I have made multiple calls. Finally got someone to call me back. Said they would come back out and quote again and set up treatment plan. This was back in Sept. Also looks like they are no longer a ISA Certified Arborist. They no longer show on the website. Don't waist your time.
Did not give estimates yet told First Energy they did (First Energy referred me to them). I never actually spoke to anyone at Broken Branch because they would not return calls. Finally got someone else to remove my tree.
After reaching out to several groups, found Broken Branch to remove a dead ash and stump from my front yard. They did an amazing job. They are competitively priced, great at what they do, and even the clean up was great. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.
Have used Ron a few times and have had great success each time. Refer him out to all my clients and they also love him and his company. They are a bunch of great people to deal with.
