Spoke to the owner who called and explained the circumstances we are good for the time being but I was told push mowers usually don’t get fixed this fast as he has people (Contractors/ needing mower repairs) that have to feed their families. Also this company only has 9 employees so if you need something repaired quickly look elsewhere. Worst service I’ve ever had took my mower in three weeks ago. Parts came in on Monday and they promised ut would be ready on Wednesday so call today and now they pushed back to Thursday. This place sucks I’ll never go back to this place again.
I run a small engine shop up out of Greene Ny. I could not find a carb for a customer due to not being available any more. tried buying it off Ebay threw them and it was giving me a problem after getting ahold of this morning and trying it again I was able to just go threw the store and get the carb coming this was the best and easiest i have ever had before usually up here takes for days. this is just a great dealer to deal with and will back if i need more for sure i like to stay local as much as possible but when it take... read more
