Best steak house in the Antelope Valley. Had the dry aged porterhouse, the best steak I've ever had.
A jewel of nouveau American haute cuisine in the middle of Quartz Hill, consistently enjoy the cuisine, decor and superb wait staff. Big shout out to Mary Mattison for introducing us to you.
I had the Beef Stroganoff, my wife had the Beef Kabobs both dishes were excellent in quality and taste as well as plating.

The service has always been the best, from the servers to the busboys/girls. We had reservations, a must at this place because of the quality of food and atmosphere. This was my 8th time here celebrated by 57th birthday with family. Food is not cheap, however, the food was suburbed. Great taste and cooked just right. I highly recommend the petite Ribeye...❤️

I really appreciate and respect what they are trying to do here. We've been looking forward to trying this place out for a while. However, the steaks are overpriced and should be priced in the $20-$25 range. For the $37-$59 price range you better be consistent on your steak, and the mark was missed during our visit.
