I love the fact that everyone there is professional yet very caring, courteous yet kind and empathetic. The chiropractors are phenomenal! Being a first time patient I was terrified but they made me feel important and quickly quieted my fears. Thank u guys and gals for being awesome! (Dr. Robinson rocks!!!) ;)---Melissa Sanders! ;)
This is a great place. Friendly staff and flexible schedule. My therapy plan was great. Everytime I told them where my pain was they were sure to work the target areas. Not only is this place awesome, but I believe that I lost weight from getting my back adjusted. I feel like a kid again. Thank you Brodwyn and associates!
I went in for lower back and tailbone pain and a few visits later they had me on neck decompression...I asked questions about it helping my lower back pain and didn't get direct answers until I finally was seen by a doctor that unfortunately isn't there anymore. He switched my decompression to my lower back and helped my tailbone tremendously. I hate that he isn't there anymore and I am currently trying to find someone that can help me the way that he did.

Been going to see Dr Jay & staff for a long time. They have helped me tremendously for the past few years. They are very kind and compassionate as I suffer from dimentia and have serious memory loss. Dr Shawn has been a great help to me since joining the practice. He is knowledgeable and knows exactly how to help me... Dr Shawn is "the bomb"!!!
It has been such a pleasure dealing with the amazing staff at Brodwyn... especially Dr. Shawn. I cannot say enough about how much he has helped me with my shoulder problems and in general. He is such an asset to Brodwyn and I look forward to every visit. I know that many patients feel exactly the same because I've sat in the packed waiting room watching as almost everyone that walked thru the door asked for him! Thank you Dr. Jay for bringing such an amazing doctor to Columbus!!

I love all the doctors here. They have helped me so, much after my accident. I already see improvement in my pain and stiffness. The staff here is so amazing with my daughter as Well! <3
