Working at Brodson was hands down the most toxic work experience I’ve had so far. The constant employee turnover speaks volumes — people don’t stick around for a reason. There’s little to no real support for the staff, and the overall vibe is chaotic and stressful. I was looking to build my Mega mansion dream house with Brodson Construction. They never reciprocated properly with basic info and questions. I ended up canceling and hiring another construction company to build my 27 M mansion.
Do not perform work for this company ! They do not pay their bills ! They owe many contractors for work performed. We here at GFCS are forced to put a lien on ALO at millennial mall. They went through 3 different project managers in three months. Now I see why! They owe us over 100,000 dollars . And many other contractors as well.
