Working at Brodson was hands down the most toxic work experience I’ve had so far. The constant employee turnover speaks volumes — people don’t stick around for a reason. There’s little to no real support for the staff, and the overall vibe is chaotic and stressful. The owner loves to push the idea of an “open door” policy, but in reality, it’s more like “agree with me or get pushed out.” If you’re not a yes-man or willing to play politics, good luck. I was looking to build my Mega mansion dream house with Brodson Construction. They never reciprocated properly with basic info and questions. I ended up canceling and hiring another construction company to build my 27 M mansion.
Do not perform work for this company ! They do not pay their bills ! They owe many contractors for work performed. We here at GFCS are forced to put a lien on ALO at millennial mall. They went through 3 different project managers in three months. Now I see why! They owe us over 100,000 dollars . And many other contractors as well.
