Will never return. If you want to be treated like crap this is the place to go.
I called their office a few times, asking for reassurance that they accept my insurance, to which I got an eventual affirmative. I know that I'm supposed to be covered for a yearly exam. I figured I'd be fine, but words to the wise: wait until you're absolutely sure. The Dr I saw was friendly enough, the staff as well. I had to wait to be seen, but I usually don't hold that against an establishment - I'm pretty good at practicing patience. Best place for eye care! The whole staff is caring and helpful! Wouldn't trust anyone else with our daughter's eyes!
Dr kyle sense humor was not appropriate i fept very uncomfortable i will never go again... And his stuff was aggresseive about pushing me to buy expensive frame... Which i didnt like.
This is a wonderful practice!!! they have worked wonderfully with my children. Detected an early vision problem in my infant and caught a vision tracking problem in my 9 year old that no one else had picked up on before. Now both my husband and I go there and they've been very helpful with us as well. This is a wonderful all around family eye doctor. I will definitely recommend to others. :D
Short wait time. Very friendly professional staff. Dr. "Lauren" is a wonderful doctor, who answered and explained all my questions! Contacts and new lenses for me. � Was not forced to buy new frames which made me happy. Wonderful experience!
