Great experience.
I went in for a new patient consultation today. I was greeted in a friendly manner by all office staff. Heather was very nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was impressed with the thorough x-ray and photos. Dr Brodie is very pleasant and he explained everything in detail. I felt from the very first moment he was an honest man and wanted only the best for me his patient. Great first impression. I look forward to having him as my dentist.
Angie, was professional and personable; the equipment was up-to-date and the facilities were sparkling clean; the office staff, Carolyn and Sara, were congenial and competent. Dr. Brodie has continued the practice of his father in a superb way.
Dr. Brodie is an excellent dentist. great skill and care. He is easy to talk to and listens to your needs. His office staff, from front to back are awesome.
I wasn't ready for the high tech equipment, the gentle but thuro examination ,being greeted by an incredible staff that made me feel like maybe I really was important to the success of their business, Dr. Scott Brodie , with great patience , sat with me going over all the results of the 3D color pics explaining the order of priority for the restoration of my future dental needs. I've been visiting a dentist office on a regular schedule since the mid fifties, and my latest visit was the best one ever. True, it was just a cleaning, but it was a painless and sensitive experience, and Jennifer made me laugh, and the Doc was interested and involved, and this is the first ever review that I have written, and if they still have an opening, I would recommend that you get on board with this crew right now, before, you know, they are full up.
I have been coming to your Dental office since early eighties. I have always been very well taken care of and I do recommend you to others. Gladly!!!!
I am ALWAYS comfortable with Dr. Brodie and staff. They are kind, gentle and very helpful.
First, you should know that I have awful teeth from years only minimal dental care. At Brodie Dental, they have gone above and beyond the standard for dentists and hygienists. Even the front office staff is fantastic. They are kind and helpful with appointments and insurance questions. One day I had extreme mouth pain, and Scott Brodie came in on his day OFF, to help me. I would highly recommend Brodie Dental to anyone.
