I lived here for a little over 8 years, and I LOVED IT. The gated community was REALLY great for me. The people that I met were ALL very nice and helpful at all times.
I am a current resident at Brodick Hill , my lease is up in July, and I can gladly say I will not be returning. Our apartment is great and spacious, and the grounds are beautiful, however the staff (especially manager) are horrible. But, there are a few very sweet maintence guys that really try to help!! (They know who they are because i've complained to them personally about the others) Our apartment pipes busted few months ago... and we called as soon as it happened and maintence took 45 minutes to show.
