Awful experience! Shows up 8 minutes late without calling ahead. Spit many nicotine pouches all over my driveway, had an horrible and cocky attitude. Scott attempted to be confrontational until I proved him wrong. Spent maybe 2 minutes going through the units. I got an extremely low appraisal, which he refused to work with us on. The appraisal was low according to the bank too. This is my worst experience by far out of maybe 100 or so appraisals. The company does incomplete work Misses deadlines and no follow-through. After receiving the appraisal that was incomplete the company refused to updated it and the lender challenge the appraisal as being incomplete and the worst they've ever seen. And after weeks of the lender constantly reaching out to Broders appraisal they would not answer the phone or respond to emails from the lender. I would not recommend this company to any lender, consumer, or business looking to do business with a reputable company.
