Almost everything a roadhouse should be. My medium rare burger was actually medium rare, and you could still taste the sear. Gluten free options include large tasty buns and fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. I'm sure they have at least one fryer for just french fries, because they must sell a ton. They are tasty, crisp and soft inside, come in a large order, and have a gazillion menu options for toppings. If they had at least one gluten free (or gluten reduced) beer they'd get even more stars. The fish tacos are so good! The atmosphere was cool and our waitress was very friendly. Definitely coming back.
This place was excellent !! Our server Evan was amazing !!
It was bomb! Food and service! Don’t recommend the bread pudding tho. It tasted like my French toast. While delicious not what I was expecting. (Large square of bread with eggs cinnamon and sugar) however the burgers... and fries... go there and eat!

What a cool place, great food and cold local beers. I’ve been here a few times now between business and just hanging solo or with friends and they never dissapoint. The burgers are delish from the old fashioned (original), the John Wayne (bbq sauce and onion rings), and the duck burger (so dang good) they have all been good. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I’ve had about the food or beer selections. I’d definitely recommend this place to someone visiting Sacramento.
