Made an appointment. Showed up. The receptionist was on a personal telephone call. Before I could even get my name out he shook his head no. Told him my appointment was scheduled a week ago. He apparently didn't book it right in my mind. But he remembered talking to me. I took vacation time to go and said I couldn't see the doctor. Will NEVER go back and will pass the word along to friends and family.
