After visiting a a Big firm in Toronto and one in St.Catharines, I could tell I was just a number . I had seen Mr.Juan Reina Tomayos name pop up on a few online Forums for lawyers in Niagara .I made the appointment and went to his office in Niagara Falls. Very personable and informative. Everything clicked instantly . Highly recommend him if you are looking to be taken care of to the full extent.

I thought long and hard before posting this review and after weeks of consideration I feel like it’s important I post, to hopefully inform someone else. My company met with a lawyer representing this firm asking for a very straight forward application/motion to be heard infront of a judge to confirm our lease was valid (for our store). The lawyer asked us for a $2000 retainer then increased it to $5000 which we paid. Within three weeks he asked for an additional $5000 which we paid him. My company used this firm (associate Juan Reina), in my opinion his only goal was to extract $10,000 from the company and he immediately withdrew from the case, taking the entire retainer and only doing minimal secretarial work. We asked him not to negotiate with opposing counsel but he continued to negotiate despite multiple requests. That was my companies experience, if you want to evaporate $10,000 retain this firm and hope they don’t withdraw I guess?
