Rude Personnel. Do not recommend
Very rude and threatening Customer Service. I do not recommend. I paid for a storage account yet they still are denying access to the storage unit and sending me threatening messages every single day even after the payment has been made.
I've rented from Broderick for 4 years. No complaints. Reasonable rent increases. Every problem taken care of quickly.
