chris was a top notch plumber. Not only did he answer all my questions and replace my water heater quickly, he was genuine, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. He found that my old water heater was not installed correctly and took the time to explain how each part worked and why the new setup would run better and safer. I had a problem with water backing up from my main drain, which ended up flooding my basement here in Brockton.
