My daughter went in for a consultation. I have excellent insurance and the office wanted us to pay for everything up front. He basically took the deposit and did no work for my kid. Whenever I call, they never answer the phone and never return voicemail. I asked multiple times for a refund, and nothing.
Three of our children have and are going to him as an orthodontist. We've been extremely happy with the outcome on all of their procedures.
