I've been a reliable customer for years, but my most recent experiences with my current sales rep have been terrible. He has ignored every one of my phone calls for more than two weeks now. Imagine trying to sell something, and not answering your phone. Wild.
Called twice to confirm non-woven geo textile fabric was in stock before driving an hour out of my way. Arrived too rude customer service. Took my card and charged me only for the guy in the yard to say that they haven't had that material in stock for 3 weeks and the guy inside already knows that. While this may be a great place for local businesses to get bulk products possibly? It is not a place for any normal homeowner to shop.
