Called twice to confirm non-woven geo textile fabric was in stock before driving an hour out of my way. Arrived too rude customer service. Took my card and charged me only for the guy in the yard to say that they haven't had that material in stock for 3 weeks and the guy inside already knows that. While this may be a great place for local businesses to get bulk products possibly? It is not a place for any normal homeowner to shop. If I could have Zero stars I would. The brick yard isn’t organized, so you have no way of knowing what’s available and what’s special order. The employees seem to “ guess their best” at what’s available. When directed to speak with a yard employee, trying to track him down was near impossible due to the overwhelming amount of “ not me”s” or “ eh I don’t knows “ we got from everyone we asked. When we did find the guy he was uneducated about available inventory and unable to help in any capacity. Total fail of an operation
