Brock Mechanical has been instrumental in helping me update my new home and navigate the extreme difficulties and challenges of a demo and reno following a flood in my finished basement. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They answer calls, questions and schedule quickly. Josh is a highly competent technician who worked tirelessly on multiple large projects. His insight, experience, organization and work skills cannot be commended enough. He is also a great guy making it a pleasure to have him in our home.
Brock Mechanical was referred to us by our trusted appliance repair company. One of the high importance repair/upgrades they did was modernizing our water-based sump pump backup system and installing a back-flow preventer system. The quality and craftsmanship on this job was second to none!! I am sooooo fortunate to have *finally* found Brock Mechanical! Doug Brock and his team were able to find and fix the hot water pipe leak in my slab house as well as facilitate the restoration of the kitchen and half bath. This was done in a timely a manner as possible by knowledge, courteous and skilled plumbers and contractors. Doug also patiently worked with my home owner's insurance which was much appreciated. Brock Mechanical is an exceptional plumbing service company. Had an emergency situation regarding our home's sump pump, Doug and his team made accommodations and were out to the house to resolve the issue within hours. Quality of work is top notch. If you're looking for plumbing services, stop looking. This is the one.
Ken was excellent, precise, professional, and personable. Ken was able to explain what he was doing when he was changing the toilet to a new one. He was extremely neat and tidy Ken also replaced an outside faucet. I would consider the price reasonable and well worth it I would not hesitate to call and have Ken Return when I need more work done.
