Prior to Brock mechanical coming out, I did some research on different plumbing companies in Livingston County. I decided to call Brock Mechanical and spoke with Doug Brock after looking at reviews. Had Ken from Brock Mechanical remove whole house filter and old water softener and then install iron filter and water softener system. They were punctual and very professional. Installed in a very organized way that pleased my OCD tendencies! Would certainly recommend them for your service.
Brock mechanical has spent more days in my home then I can keep count but with some expected and unfortunately unexpected plumbing issues that resulted in this team spending several days here. It wasn’t an easy job, required late nights, early mornings and weekend work. Not only did they do an amazing job but Bill, Austin and Ken did it with smiles and willingness. Great experience with Brock. We needed the anode rod of our water heater replaced and Brock was able to schedule us in quickly. Hint: If in Brighton/Hartland area use the local number and not the national number - you get directly to Brock that way. The technician arrived promptly, was very polite and professional. Work was completed and the tech even showed us the before and after pictures of the anode rod. The cost was very reasonable and I will be using Brock going forward with any plumbing work I may need. After a bad experience with another company that we had previously used, I called Brock and Doug was able to quickly and efficiently give me a quote by asking me very specific questions. Other companies nearby quoted us significantly higher and weren’t available for 1-2 weeks, Doug got us in the same week.
