Prior to Brock mechanical coming out, I did some research on different plumbing companies in Livingston County. I decided to call Brock Mechanical and spoke with Doug Brock after looking at reviews. Very pleased with Brock’s services. They emailed me the day I reached out to get more information for the repairs I needed. They were able to come out right away and charged a fair price. I prefer to deal with smaller family owned businesses and these guys are definitely top tier A++
Brock Mechanical has been instrumental in helping me update my new home and navigate the extreme difficulties and challenges of a demo and reno following a flood in my finished basement. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They answer calls, questions and schedule quickly. Josh is a highly competent technician who worked tirelessly on multiple large projects. His insight, experience, organization and work skills cannot be commended enough. He is also a great guy making it a pleasure to have him in our home.
Ken did an excellent job installing new kitchen faucet and repairing the diverter in our tub faucet. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Thank you so much for the great work and service!!!!
Incredible! We were going to be charged 300 bucks just for a competitor to come out and assess an issue with our toilet. Meanwhile, we ended up paying 350 TOTAL for a multiple hours long fix with our toilet. Incredible plumber who was patient with our rambunctious dogs, super kind, and fixed the issue the first time! I’ll never use another plumbing company after this!
