I was rather worried to find that my water tank was leaking. Our usual plumber was booked and unable to get to us right away. I wanted it fixed quickly as the tank capacity is over 80 gallons and I was worried about a flooded basement. Prior to Brock mechanical coming out, I did some research on different plumbing companies in Livingston County. I decided to call Brock Mechanical and spoke with Doug Brock after looking at reviews. When I spoke with Doug, he indicated Ken would be out on Thursday morning. I received a text from Tom that morning indicating he was on his way, but had to stop and pick up some parts first.. Had Ken from Brock Mechanical remove whole house filter and old water softener and then install iron filter and water softener system. They were punctual and very professional. Installed in a very organized way that pleased my OCD tendencies! Would certainly recommend them for your service.

Brock mechanical has spent more days in my home then I can keep count but with some expected and unfortunately unexpected plumbing issues that resulted in this team spending several days here. It wasn’t an easy job, required late nights, early mornings and weekend work. Not only did they do an amazing job but Bill, Austin and Ken did it with smiles and willingness. Great experience with Brock. We needed the anode rod of our water heater replaced and Brock was able to schedule us in quickly. Hint: If in Brighton/Hartland area use the local number and not the national number - you get directly to Brock that way. The technician arrived promptly, was very polite and professional. Work was completed and the tech even showed us the before and after pictures of the anode rod. The cost was very reasonable and I will be using Brock going forward with any plumbing work I may need.
