Ken did an excellent job installing new kitchen faucet and repairing the diverter in our tub faucet. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Thank you so much for the great work and service!!!!
Brock Mechanical has been instrumental in helping me update my new home and navigate the extreme difficulties and challenges of a demo and reno following a flood in my finished basement. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They answer calls, questions and schedule quickly. Josh is a highly competent technician who worked tirelessly on multiple large projects. His insight, experience, organization and work skills cannot be commended enough. He is also a great guy making it a pleasure to have him in our home.
Had to call Brock when I was out of town. They called to check that day to see if they needed to come that day or would 9:00 the next morning be ok. I choose 9:00 the next day. Man showed on time, fixed the problem, told me what he felt backed up the main drain and how far out from the house it was. There happens to be a big old Arbivity tree at that point. When I saw my water heater starting to leak, I started to look for a company who hopefully would complete the job professionally and with the end result of a perfect installation. Luckily I found Brock Mechanical just browsing "plumbers near me" on the Internet. Doug Brock came to our house and gave me a price and exact description of what he would do to meet my needs. After buying our first house, we learned that we had many water issues from the older home that needed updating. Doug was very kind and helpful in giving us adequate information and options. His team came over for a 10 hour day to run new lines from the old copper pipes and install multiple different systems to help with filtering our water to make it safe and more enjoyable.
