Josh is always courteous and effective in how he takes care of our pest situation.
Terrible customer service before and after the sale. There employee was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for him and left dirty foot prints everywhere.

He gave realistic timeline of getting the yard looking great and instructions on watering moving foward.
