I love that I'm called before the service! I know the exact day they're coming and I can plan accordingly. Other services I've used just show up. You also know a company is doing an exceptional job when neighbors stop and say how impressed they are with care the technician takes with the yard. After just a few days, we can see great improvement.

Never ever sign up for the quarterly apart. it doesn't work. We have had ants in bedroom and they tech is to lazy to care. Was told we had unlimited respray if there was a problem and I just get pushed off until next quarterly spray. I won't be using Brock again ever. To bad I can't get my wasted money back since I have to spray ortho myself too
We started using Brock pest control last week for our RV while we are in beautiful buggy Florida. The service from initial inspection to application and post application services are top notch. Out technician Lane Symic has excellent customer service manners and quite knowledgeable of what and what not to do to be bug free. We used Brock when we lived here before and were always so impressed with their service that we have them back again. Quick to get an appointment set up, technicians were friendly and answered all of my questions and the price is very reasonable!

They were very quick to send someone out to go over their services.. prices reasonable ... technician was very kind and knowledgeable in his job... they did not try to sell things I do not need now just to make a dollar for themselves and for that I was and am thankful
