Brought my car here and encountered the worst customer service department. I think they all need to be retrained in dealing with customers.

Took the truck there for an oil change and tire rotation. Getting an appointment was fast and easy. Check-in and checkout was fast and easy. I waited for the service, and it was completed in a timely manner. There is also complementary coffee tea or hot chocolate. There is even a newspaper! Now, why the 4 stars when everything went so well....well, as dealerships like to upsell, they check the usual filters, etc, and give you a report card .
