I’m visiting Niagara from three hours away and called them late Friday afternoon to inquire about a wiper recall. They were incredibly helpful and provided me with options for Saturday. The friendly service and excellent care made the process smooth, and they fixed my wipers in no time. Greatly appreciated.

Brock Ford on Drummond in Niagara Falls is excellent. I had to get software updates(free). I told them that my tire pressure was low(not free). They came to my house to pick up my Escape, brought it back a few hours later, with the tires at the correct pressure, and didn't charge me for it. Thank you for the great service!
