I have a health issue at present. Due to my illness I have to travel to London for treatment . I was having some issues with my truck. I had no other vehicle and between Ana and Doug from the service the department they ensured I made it to every appointment. They had even offered me a loaner but it wasn't required because their service department was quick with a diagnosis and made the necessary repairs. I cant say enough good things about Brock Ford service department they go above and beyond their scope of work . Thankyou... read more
Save yourself, frustration and headache and do not go here. They overcharge. They're ignorant
I’m visiting Niagara from three hours away and called them late Friday afternoon to inquire about a wiper recall. They were incredibly helpful and provided me with options for Saturday. The friendly service and excellent care made the process smooth, and they fixed my wipers in no time. Greatly appreciated.
