Athletic Barre Circuit class was challenging. I really enjoyed Stephanie's instruction and left feeling like I got in a complete workout. Just in town for a few days otherwise I'd be here regularly.
I'm a license massage therapist specialize in neuromuscular therapy, and sports injuries. I refer all my clients to Brock Athletic Pilates. Highly recommend this class to all athletes. Not just women but men as well... Great way to confuse your muscles to work harder. Perfect way to strengthen tendons, ligaments, and structural alignment.... Best instructor I know!
ABSOLUTELY, the best workout. This is a top notch studio, instructor and a step above your typical pilates class. I walk out feeling fantastic both physically and emotionally and energized for the day. Stephanie watches each and every individual to ensure you are doing the movement correctly and safely. Even if you have 7 people in the class you feel as if you are having a private lesson.. Love the new studio and of course you Stephanie!!

This is the best Pilates studio I've ever been to. The instructor was amazing and the equipment is state of the art. Definitely coming back.
