RecommendedBrock Athletic Pilates is the best in Fort Lauderdale - and may well be the best in all of south Florida. Can't recommend it, or its owners, highly enough. Love this place. Love Stephanie's classes! So happy to have found Brock Athletic Pilates this year! I have old shoulder and knee injuries and just feel stronger and energized after each class with no inflammation.
Excelent studio. I have been training with Brock Athletic Pilates for several months and during my training for the Boston Marathon. I was able to do all my tryining in despite of a running related injury and finished de marathon in 3:35. Thanks Brock Pilates
I am at the half way point of my 30 day membership. It has been my commitment to spend my time here in Ft Lauderdale trying to chamge my body. The studio is extremely efficient; allowing reformer, chair and even Cadillac to be incorporated into one cardiac challenging class! These classes are taught by the fabulous, energetic, buff Steph Brock! She is incredible, pushing and encouraging until there are bursts of sweat everywhere!
