Anjelica is amazing!!!! She takes her time to make sure every strand of hair is perfect and flawless. She's always done an outstanding job with my hair!
Customer service here is HORRIBLE. I went in for a consultation, scheduled an appointment, visited the salon for a 2nd time just to get shot down again because the stylist Olivia didn't have enough "time" to do it. Even though I booked an appointment. I called the salon manager Tracy to voice my concerns and she was very rude & hung up on me.
Liz is the best she always does my hair exactly how i want it and ellen is an amazing person she has made brocatos amazing with some amazing staff. Love this place
Faye did an AMAZING job with my hair! I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she got it perfectly. She's a total sweetheart too, which made my experience much better.
Brocatos is the place to go . I have been going there for years . The service and professionalism is awesome. Casey is my stylist and you get 100% satisfaction . You will definitely leave feeling beautiful.
Came in not really knowing what I wanted , I just knew I wanted my long hair gone. Morgan was my stylist and she was amazing. She suggested things as we preceded with the cut and didn't hold back using her talent to give me something I'm absolutely in love with! Can't wait to come back and get a color with her !
