I am an autistic female and have been a patient here. I need new contacts and don't have any money because COVID-19 has affected my only source of income which was low in the first place. I haven't been to see them for a while because they don't take the insurance I have now. Hubble contacts finally have some in my prescription, but they won't even let me get a free box of contacts so I can at least have a 30 day supply. They aren't even seeing anyone right now anyway and these petty people canceled the order of my free box ... read more

Please reference section 315.6: Expiration of contact lens prescriptions. (a) In general. A contact lens prescription shall expire: (1) On the date specified by the law of the State in which the prescription was written, if that date is one year or more after the issue date of the prescription

John Guild and John Willard are the most skilled, kind and patient opticians I've ever had the pleasure to work with and I've been a patient of this practice for coming up on 2 decades. My dog got a hold of my glasses and chewed up the little plastic nose pads on them. I went into BVS and they replaced the nose pads for free in about five minutes! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Broadway Vision Source is a great place to go for eye care. They are very responsive and helpful. Dr. Matsunami is excellent - he explains things well and is very kind and patient. I recommend them highly!
