Anthony Williams was great. I showed up at 7:15 am, thinking they would need to order the broken part. Anthony had the part there by 1:00 pm when I brought the car back, and I was on the road again by 3:00 pm.
Had to buy a car recently, and after going to other lots and viewing other cars. I came back to Toyota of Portland to purchase my 2006 Toyota Matrix. The sales rep Travis who worked with me, was awesome and while still learning how to do the job, was stellar in helping getting me into the car painlessly. If I ever have to buy another car, I would definitely will be coming back to here.
Everyone I worked with was helpful and I didn’t feel pressured. I didn’t end up buying a car with them because it just wasn’t the right car but I’d be happy to come back next time I’m shopping!

Never in my 17 years of adult life have I been treated so WELL at a car dealership. They didn’t have the New RAV4 I wanted in their inventory. The GM called me personally to ensure he located one from another Toyota store and had it transferred same day. I worked with Leon Weingrad and Justin Snodgrass (finance) and they were quick, professional, had great product knowledge and were well prepared to get us in and out in record time. I recommend you do business here and ask for Leon when you do!
