**DO NOT MOVE HERE** I was relocating from Ohio, I spoke with Samantha in the rental office in February and was told I needed to come into the office. I planned a trip to Georgia w my daughter & went to the office to see the place & to fill out an application. Hello, I’m writing you today to address concerns in reference to your townhome that I was scheduled to move into today. I was given a move-in date of 9/3/19 and due to the holiday, they weren’t able to turn the Gas on until Wednesday. After that occurred, your complex ran into an issue with the electricity which prevented me from moving in yet again and that the inspection guy would not come out for 1 unit and college park power took the letter due to whatever issues it had ...
