TLDR version: 5/5 unit, 0/5 management. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. The management (Clutch Industries) was unresponsive at best and disrespectful and shady at worst. I was instructed to pay a full month's rent and deposit at the beginning of our lease (on the 8th of the month), and then rent was due on the first of each month. Great location, onsite security and very well maintained! I was surprised by the large amount of storage/built-ins and the washer and dryer! I'm not a fan of laundromats...
The property is located in a great location relative to downtown. It has many features such as secure keypad building access, designated off street parking and beautifully landscaped grounds in a peaceful and urban setting. The building is professionally managed by newly acquired owners and is impeccably clean.
