They held my car for 3 days, saying that they would do a diagnostic each day and get back to me and never did. Finally they provided me a quote that was an insane amount for what the issue was. When I asked for an itemized receipt they dropped the price by $300 to be “helpful”. Then when I showed up in person and said I was taking my car elsewhere, they said they wouldn’t let my car off the lot without paying a $250 diagnostic fee. I was experiencing AC issues. I dropped my car off and picked it back up with perfectly working AC. I worked with Danny and he was so nice and personable. Thank you for the quick turnaround, doing a great job, and not beating me over the head with the price. I highly recommend.
My car was towed to Broadway after breaking down around the corner. I was really at Danny’s mercy and the staff there. I had never used the shop, but was pleasantly surprised. Danny’s communication and the work they put into my car. It was thorough and complete. This experience could’ve gone the complete opposite way, but I’m happy to say it was really great.
DO NOT COME HERE GOR EMMISSIONS TEST THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY LIE ON THEIR WEBSITE
We brought our 2014 Mazda CX-5 in after hearing a sound from the engine. They diagnosed and repaired the issue (accessory drive belt/tensioner) and we did regular maintenance of oil change, transmission fluid, and spark plugs. Fair prices. Car sounds and runs great now. I decided to leave a review after receiving a follow-up text this morning from Danny making sure that everything went well. We will be going back for future needs.
