I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. I need Jay to know I am going to pay off my balance by October 14th. I had to get out of the room so I can pay what I owe I couldn't do both. But I do recommend that people looking for a home away from home or just on business to choose Broadway Suites. Amber and Scott are part off the wonderful staff. Me and my family have been living in this hotel for a while and the owner has been ignoring problems with a lot of rooms and has told people that "nothing is wrong and to get over it" and if we try to get rid of the cokrochs and tell him what works he doesn't care about it and more and more bedbugs are showing up and he all so go's through people's room when they are away
I'm sorry but this place has mice in the rooms. I only know this because my friend is staying there and I went to visit I told her I'll wait in the car. It is in a good location and my friend says the owner is very nice and is willing to help trusted customers when times are tight. So, I understand why she is there, and it's in Edmond so it's in a good city.
Ok let's start first off my door couldn't lock my door was broken then second I went got something to eat then brought it back to the room starting eating then the whole roach colonies came out like whoa. Third it started raining i woke up my whole room started flooding not going to lie this hotel needs to be shutdown. The staff Ashley & Lance were so good. They really provided 5 star treatment. The motel itself is an older establishment but room was nice, clean and mattress new. It was very quiet and the a/c worked great. We also had a refrigerator and microwave in a kitchenette area. The bathroom clean with a huge tub 2 people could fit on comfortably.
