I’ve had a storage unit (sometimes more than one!) at Broadway for more than 9 years. I’ve been satisfied, but recently Kristoff went above and beyond, and I wanted to show my appreciation for his keen eye, and willingness to help me fix a problem with my unit’s lock. I was out of town and couldn’t deal with it myself, and he immediately let me know what he could do to handle things until I get back. Thank you Kristoff!!!
