my wife has been renting a unit for the last 10 years. we go to clear it out and pay final payment and the lock is gone, all of my wife's belongings are missing and the stuff that was left in it was not even hers and trashed and water damaged. we have tried calling several times and have showed up several time with no results. we are still getting emails to make payments but the guys cant even answer his phone or call us back. who knows how long my wife's belongings have been missing and how long shes been making payments fo... read more

Just arrived to Bangor thinking I needed a storage unit. Found this place online and did everything online. Reserved a unit and cancelled it a few hours later when it was apparent I didn't need it. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Went to the "office" with no response. Looks like the office had been abandoned with a note on the door to call a call number. I feel like this guy is dodging me. I never even set foot on the premises until today when I went to the office to get a refund. Very shady business.
I would like to give this a good review as overall our unit was fine and reasonable priced. However, I have been trying for the last week to cancel my unit rental, there is no online cancel option and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or in the office. Yesterday my credit card was billed after having left multiple messages to cancel. I have emailed and called again with no response. I will update this review accordingly.
