Afer a terrible experience at Great clips, my pixie cut was messed up pretty bad. After waiting for it to grow a bit I made an appointment with Broadway. They was able to get me in same day I called. I showed the woman, Donna I believe, the goal style I was looking to do. She was very helpful on making sure that the cut would come and grow the way the picture was shown. I will be returning from now on! thank you
