I used Karen Kloida. Boy do I regret that. She was a referral from a very good friend. And even he apologized and said he was embarrassed. I asked her to write a offer on a house I wanted. That was at 6:30 PM the day it listed. I had my pre approval letter in her hand at 830 pm that night. She did not even start to write my offer letter until almost noon the next day. I just wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Mike Nowack. If you see his name on a sign in front of property just know you’re in good hands. Mike really helped me as a first time buyer! My Fiance and I happened to look at a home that Karen had listed. It wasn't the right home for us but it was very obvious that Karen was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home. Karen worked with my wife and I for about 6 months during our home search, showing us roughly 4 properties across N.E. Wisconsin and answering our questions on way too many to remember. All calls, texts and emails were returned promptly. As our buyer's agent, she was on time to all showings, patient with our inspection of larger properties and ultimately helped us negotiate our purchase without any snags.
