My Fiance and I happened to look at a home that Karen had listed. It wasn't the right home for us but it was very obvious that Karen was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home. Karen worked with my wife and I for about 6 months during our home search, showing us roughly 4 properties across N.E. Wisconsin and answering our questions on way too many to remember. All calls, texts and emails were returned promptly. As our buyer's agent, she was on time to all showings, patient with our inspection of larger properties and ultimately helped us negotiate our purchase without any snags. Stressful as home buying can be, we enjoyed the process and Karen was enjoyable to work with!

Terrible experience. Pay attention to the reviews. I only went with them because I was out of time. I had to tell the listing agent to go and take pictures. Took them sex weeks to do it. Terrible communication. Sent the wrong paper work multiple times. I also had to call and tell them to release the excess funds from the escrow so I could get my money back. Do some research and go with a different agency. If I could give zero stars I would. I had never sold a house and they were awful the entire process. Broadway Real Estate... read more
