I used Karen Kloida. Boy do I regret that. She was a referral from a very good friend. And even he apologized and said he was embarrassed. I asked her to write a offer on a house I wanted. That was at 6:30 PM the day it listed. I had my pre approval letter in her hand at 830 pm that night. She did not even start to write my offer letter until almost noon the next day. I just wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Mike Nowack. If you see his name on a sign in front of property just know you’re in good hands. Mike really helped me as a first time buyer! My Fiance and I happened to look at a home that Karen had listed. It wasn't the right home for us but it was very obvious that Karen was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home.
