Spent a lot of time with the inspection and pointed out some things that were important. Completely missed two major things that are now being replaced. Needed a full electrical panel replacement as the panel could not turn off as well as a new roof after the report using a drone missed extensive damages all over the roof. Don’t let your inspectors use a drone for the roof. Easy to miss the obvious. Gene is an expert in his field, and he takes great care in explaining everything from the perspective of the client. Many inspectors will come in, say very little, and jot down notes without clarifying anything. Gene is not only an experienced inspector - along with a VERY experienced electrician (one of the key components of your inspection) - but is a great communicator.
