Gene is an expert in his field, and he takes great care in explaining everything from the perspective of the client. Many inspectors will come in, say very little, and jot down notes without clarifying anything. Gene is not only an experienced inspector - along with a VERY experienced electrician (one of the key components of your inspection) - but is a great communicator.
