Spent a lot of time with the inspection and pointed out some things that were important. Completely missed two major things that are now being replaced. Needed a full electrical panel replacement as the panel could not turn off as well as a new roof after the report using a drone missed extensive damages all over the roof. Don’t let your inspectors use a drone for the roof. Easy to miss the obvious.
