they should support their employees and provide security to their employees and tenants vehicles, for a hate crime to take place on their property and management shows no care, that is unacceptable, shows no compassion or acceptance
This complex has hate crimes. The upper management, the management beyond Denver is to blame. The higher up property manager is evil, and has no people skills. The leasing agent is blatantly homophobic. Sad to see things like this happen in this day and age.
This place is horrible. There is no protection for their employees, or guest. They ignore hate crimes happening one their property. No one should feel safe here!
I am utterly appalled at the lack of protection for the guest who reside here. I have seen a handful of photos of guests that do reside here and it is so upsetting as to what is acceptable. Acceptable meaning the company won’t protect you or empathize with you to help you move forward when you have been victimized on their premises. If you are looking for a place that looks the other way because they don’t want to be responsible or possibly looked at differently; this is your jam!

They would not help out one of my friends when a vehicle was painted with sexually explicit names that are derogatory.. STAY AWAY FROM THE STAFF AND DONT RENT FROM THESE PPL..
To allow this place to commit a hate crime on one of its employees is appalling and then do nothing about it. Be fair warned if you are part of the LGBTQ community to steer away. Far away!
