Everything was great, good location, friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy bed. thanks to Anthony for helping us with the taxi and suitcases. We would stay here again.
Perfect place for a quick weekend trip and a concert. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are nice and location is unbeatable. Great shopping and food. Service at the hotel was wonderful. Front desk was very helpful as well as Anthony who helped me with a big load of bags and got me a cab for the airport because the uber was incredibly overpriced.
If I could give more stars I would. Desk staff were fun and amazing. Very helpful and nice setting. Easy to get everywhere. Wish 🏞️ ng was better in N.Y. but at least it was only a block away. Did not detract from our stay. A+++++ ❤️
This hotel stay was lovely! The receptionists were very kind and helpful. I forgot some cash & a few of my cards in my room & they were very helpful in returning my lost items. The room was clean and spacious with nice views & the hotel is in the perfect location!
Broadway Plaza is a fantastic location! So easy to access anything. Great room 505 with Empire state view! Beds are divine with pillow top and ample comfy pillows. There are great room facilities such as pod coffee machine, big coffee mugs, steamer for clothes. Staff are friendly.
