We highly recommend Broadway Plaza! Great location and wonderful staff, especially Briana (sorry if I misspelled that)! If everyone treated people like Briana did, this world would be a much better place! She was so helpful and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm! I chose this hotel because of her! Our room was wonderful. 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, a living area, dining room, and kitchen. It was very clean. It was about 2 blocks from Mayo with plenty of dining options near by. The problems I had were: (1) the A/C just doesn't get cold enough. It is central A/C and not wall mounted A/C, and the hotel limits how cold you can set it. They verified that the temp in my room was 68, but it felt like 75, and the cold air was so weak. (2) For some reason, all the local idiots modify the exhaust on their cars and rev the engines down Broadway at night, making it difficult for me to get to sleep. Our only complaint was how poorly the signage is to find the hotel. It’s located in Broadway Plaza, but to find the “lobby” of the hotel & then our room was quite the adventure. It is in the same building as the Hilton & the elevators are poorly marked & we couldn’t find our room. We used the Hilton elevators. The elevators for our room was farther into the building.
