I have stayed here three times. The location is perfect if you need a place close to the Mayo Clinic. The apartment style rooms (we had a two bed, 2 bath unit) met our needs for an extended stay. Staff were always helpful. Our apartment was clean when we arrived. Cleaning service is provided weekly. For the nightly price, Cleaning service should be at least every other day. I had to stay for about a-week so thought getting a hotel room with kitchenette would be a good choice but regretting my choice. The location is pretty good and room itself is ok but this is not a hotel. It’s a furnished suite with no service. They have 1-2 employees that work in front desk and whatever you ask for they reply” we don’t have it and go buy it from store” . A very clean and quiet hotel although traffic noise can't be helped. It's right on the edge of the Mayo campus and the Mayo buildings are accessible via the tunnel/skyway system. Elevators are fast. We parked in parking structure 3 and the elevator took us to a short skywalk that took us to the hotel without going outside. Desk service is excellent. Had to be at the clinic every day and this hotel offers walkways to the clinic without going outdoors! We loved the room with a full kitchen also. The staff were very helpful all of the time. Great place to stay!
